Is the cover machine washable?

Absolutely! Less time in the laundry means more time for cuddles - as it should be.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within 48h, with an express shipping option if you need your new FlowSteps™ in a hurry. Our products are stored locally in Australian warehouses, which allows us to get your order to you ASAP!

What if my dog doesn’t use the stairs?

With its wide design and gentle incline, we found dogs adapted quickly to using the stairs and naturally moved up and down it with ease. That said, we understand there may be a hesitant pooch or two out there - with a little patience, and a few treats, we are yet to find a pup that refuses to use the FlowSteps™.
