If your FlowSteps™ arrive faulty or damaged
Please note: FlowSteps™ are compressed for shipping and can take up to a week to fully rehydrate and settle into their final shape once unpacked. This is completely normal — please allow this time before assuming there's an issue.
Once settled, if your FlowSteps™ is still faulty or damaged, email us photos and a description of the issue at support@cooperandcopets.com.au. If it's a manufacturing fault, we'll send a free replacement straight away — no need to send the original back. Keep it, repurpose it, or dispose of it, whatever suits.
If your dog just hasn't taken to them
Like anything new, some dogs take to them instantly, while others need a little time, patience, and encouragement. Here's how our Trial & Donate policy works:
- Try FlowSteps™ for a full 30 days, following our tips and training guidance for introducing them to your dog.
- If your dog still won't use them after the 30 days, email us at support@cooperandcopets.com.au and let us know what you've tried.
- If we agree it's time to explore other options, tell us the name of a local canine physio, vet or holistic practitioner, that you'd like to donate the FlowSteps™ to — your own, or one you know of.
- We'll reach out to them directly to confirm they're happy to accept the donation.
- Once confirmed, drop the FlowSteps™ off and take a photo of the handover as proof (we'd love to see the happy Physio or Vet you are giving them to! But of course, if anyone else is in the shot, please ask their permission first — we may use it on our socials!) and send it through to us.
- Once we've received your proof of donation, we'll refund your purchase price, minus a $20 contribution towards the cost of getting FlowSteps™ to you. support@cooperandcopets.com.au and we will guide you through the process.
