All orders are processed within 48h (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

  • Shipping rates: Currently we only ship within Australia but if you reside outside Australia and wish to purchase please contact us and we will see if we can assist with an adhoc order.

Is it free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping to Metro States within Australia on orders above $150. Express shipping, orders totalling below $150 or deliveries to Rural States (WA or NT) will incur a subsidised additional rates - please see table above.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 48h (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays), add to this shipping time, which will be dependent on which option you choose at checkout (ranging between 1-8 business days on top of processing)

Please note once we process your order and pass it onto a carrier for delivery, we have no control over their timeframe. You can track your parcel via the link at the bottom of our page or in your order email.

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped by one of the major courier services. Depending on the day this could be Australia Post, Aramex or CouriersPlease.

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address.
